Quick’s Concrete Kustoms started as a DIY project at home. One build led to the next, and it grew from there.

Mike takes everything apart to understand it — how a mix behaves, how a mold releases, why one edge holds and another chips — and he doesn’t stop until it’s right.

Working in GFRC, he can pour thinner, lighter and more detailed than traditional cast stone. Bring him the idea; he’ll figure out how to build it.

The Material

Why GFRC

GFRC is concrete with chopped glass fiber mixed through it. The fiber carries the load, so a piece can be thinner, lighter and more detailed than plain concrete allows.

The Weight

About a third of traditional cast stone — so larger pieces install without a crew of four and a forklift.

We settle the shape, finish and color together. You sign off before a mold gets built.

Build

Poured, cured, sealed in our Kingman shop. Typical lead time: 2–4 weeks depending on the piece.

In the shop

Handmade wood forms and plastic coaster molds laid out on a shop table — Molds & FormsEvery piece starts with a form, and Mike builds his own. The wood forms here cast the caps for his grill island; the small ones are coaster molds.
